At Florence and the Machine, we want you to feel as ethereal as our designs. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your style, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
